30-day customer reactivation sprint

Your next customer is probably already in your database.

Revive is the customer reactivation system built for established contractors. We identify the strongest dormant opportunities, reconnect with past customers using relevant outreach, verify genuine service intent, and route qualified conversations back to your team.

You already paid to acquire these customers.

Every completed job, estimate, inquiry, and service call cost the business something to create. When the follow-up stops, the value of those relationships starts collecting dust.

Most contractors try to solve a follow-up problem by spending more money to acquire strangers.

Revive starts with the relationships already inside the business. The objective is not to contact everyone. It is to find the segment with the strongest reason to need service now and systematically restart the right conversations.

The database may already contain:

  • Past customers approaching another service cycle
  • Unsold estimates and deferred projects
  • Aging systems, installations, and equipment
  • Lapsed memberships or maintenance customers
  • Historical leads that never received real follow-up
  • Customers who purchased one service but may need another

How dormant records become qualified conversations.

We do not blast the entire list with a generic promotion. Every campaign moves through six controlled stages.

R

Recover the database

Prepare the usable records, remove duplicates, apply exclusions, and establish a campaign-ready working set.

E

Enrich and segment

Prioritize the strongest groups by customer history, timing, service relevance, economic value, and operating capacity.

V

Value-frame the reconnection

Create a credible reason for the selected customer segment to respond now—not a vague “just checking in.”

I

Initiate the conversation

Launch brief, relevant, human outreach designed to create a genuine two-way interaction.

V

Verify qualified intent

Confirm the service need, timing, territory, prior relationship, and willingness to take the next step.

E

Escalate the opportunity

Route the conversation to your team with customer context, stated need, timing, and a documented handoff.

Revive identifies the dormant customers most likely to need service, gives them a relevant reason to reconnect, verifies genuine intent, and routes the qualified opportunity back to your team.

Prove the mechanism before you install the machine.

The pilot is deliberately focused: one approved database, one priority customer segment, one measurable campaign outcome.

Two Qualified Reactivation Conversations within 30 days of campaign launch.

If the approved campaign does not produce two qualifying conversations in that period, NCM continues operating the campaign at no additional campaign-management fee until the performance commitment is fulfilled, subject to the written campaign terms and client participation requirements.

commitment

A reply is not automatically a qualified conversation.

The commitment only counts outcomes that meet a documented standard. That protects both sides from vanity metrics and fuzzy reporting.

It counts when:

  • The person is a valid past customer, historical lead, or prior opportunity from the approved database.
  • A genuine two-way interaction occurs.
  • The customer expresses a current or reasonably near-term need for an approved service.
  • The customer is inside the approved service area.
  • The customer agrees to an appropriate next step with the contractor.

It does not count when:

  • The response is automated, spam, or a wrong number.
  • The contact is a vendor, employee, applicant, or unrelated inquiry.
  • The record belongs to an existing active job or current opportunity.
  • The customer has no actual service interest.
  • The only action is an open, click, or vague reply without verified intent.

Built for established contractors with a real customer asset.

The strongest candidates have enough historical data, a meaningful service value, available capacity, and a team prepared to respond.

Strong candidate indicators

  • Approximately 500 or more usable historical contacts
  • Past paying customers, unsold estimates, or service history
  • A clear service or project to promote
  • Meaningful job economics
  • Capacity for additional work
  • A named person responsible for follow-up
  • A CRM, field-service platform, or organized customer list

Why an application is required

  • The source and quality of the records must be understood.
  • A credible reactivation segment and reason must exist.
  • The business must be able to respond and fulfill the work.
  • Results must be trackable and documented.
  • Purchased third-party lists do not qualify as a dormant customer database.
  • NCM does not promise completed jobs, sales, revenue, or profit.

The campaign is approved before your payment is accepted.

NCM evaluates whether the data and operating conditions can responsibly support the commitment.

See if your database qualifies.

The initial application takes about three minutes. It creates a preliminary status; final campaign approval is issued after a human review.

What happens when a customer responds?

Revive restarts the conversation. Your company must be ready to continue it.

Preliminary result

Your business appears to be a strong Revive candidate.

Based on your initial application, your database may contain a viable reactivation opportunity. The next step is a 20-minute Executive Database Review to validate the segment, economics, response process, and campaign commitment.

Preliminary result

Your database may qualify. We need more information.

Your application shows potential, but a human review is required before NCM can recommend the campaign or approve the performance commitment.

Preliminary result

Revive may not be the right next step yet.

The current answers suggest that database preparation, response ownership, tracking, service capacity, or customer-history clarity may need to improve before NCM can responsibly recommend the guaranteed campaign.

Contractor operations first. Marketing second.

NCM builds the backend systems that keep contractor opportunities from disappearing between the first contact and the completed job. Revive isolates one of the fastest places to prove that principle: the customer relationships the business has already paid to create.

Before you apply.

Is Revive lead generation?

No. Revive works with valid historical relationships and opportunities already inside your business. It does not sell you a list of strangers or treat a purchased third-party list as a dormant customer database.

Do you guarantee two jobs?

No. The standard commitment covers two Qualified Reactivation Conversations under approved campaign conditions. Completed jobs, sales, revenue, and profit depend on factors outside the campaign, including your response speed, pricing, sales process, capacity, and the customer’s decision.

What happens if the campaign does not produce two conversations in 30 days?

NCM continues operating the approved campaign at no additional campaign-management fee until the commitment is fulfilled, subject to the written terms and client participation requirements.

When does the 30-day period begin?

It begins on the documented campaign launch date after the database, segmentation, messages, tracking, approvals, and handoff process are ready. It does not automatically begin when you apply or pay.

How large does the database need to be?

Quality matters as much as size. Businesses with approximately 500 or more usable historical contacts are generally the strongest candidates, although every database is reviewed individually.

Do I need to discount my services?

No. A credible reactivation reason might be a maintenance cycle, deferred estimate, aging installation, prior recommendation, complementary service, existing-customer benefit, or another timely and truthful reason to reconnect.

Can the $1,000 be applied to another NCM engagement?

The pilot investment may be credited toward an approved NCM enterprise implementation when the written credit eligibility conditions are satisfied.

It is whether your database contains a real opportunity.

Complete the Revive application. NCM will determine whether the customer asset, economics, campaign conditions, and response process justify the sprint.

Campaign eligibility, communication methods, performance commitments, continuation terms, enterprise credits, and client responsibilities are governed by the written agreement and final campaign approval. NCM Revive does not guarantee completed jobs, sales, revenue, profit, or customer purchasing decisions.
