These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Northeast Contractor Media website and the services we provide. By using this site or working with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
02What we do
Northeast Contractor Media builds and runs done-for-you systems for trades contractors, including customer relationship management, lead automation, missed-call text-back, database reactivation, pipeline management, and review generation. We describe these services on the site and in any proposal or agreement we provide to you.
03No guarantee of results
We work hard to help contractors stop losing leads and book more work, and our systems are built to do exactly that. We cannot and do not guarantee any specific result, revenue figure, or number of jobs. Outcomes depend on many factors, including your market, your pricing, your team, and how you use the system.
04Engagement and payment
The specific scope, pricing, and payment terms for your services are set out in the proposal or agreement we provide to you, not on this site. Pricing shown on the site is a starting point and may change. Fees are due as stated in your agreement. Setup fees and monthly fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise in your agreement.
05Your responsibilities
Give us accurate information and timely access to what we need to do the work.
Use the systems and any communications tools we set up in line with applicable laws, including text-messaging and calling rules.
Be responsible for the content and offers you ask us to send on your behalf.
06Communications consent
If you provide your phone number or email, you agree we may contact you about your inquiry, your account, and our services as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP and unsubscribe from emails at any time.
07Intellectual property
The site, its design, and its content belong to Northeast Contractor Media. The systems we build for you are provided under the terms of your agreement. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our materials without permission.
08Disclaimers
The site and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not warrant that the site will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
09Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Northeast Contractor Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.
